Step 1: Submit an electronic file of your products list

Here is a sample product list electronic file, for you to view. keep in mind that it can be in any format.

Here are some general guidelines in assembling your product list:

• Please include at least 10-20 of your products (feel free to add more if you wish)
• Please include as many of the following fields: Name / Retail Price / Image / Category it belongs to / Description
• It is alright if you do NOT have a certain detail or an image for a given product. Submit as much as you can and we will do the rest!
• Feel free to add more fields if you wish (examples: Sale price, model part #, specs)
• The file can be in any format that you wish (examples: Word file, Excel file, Text file, HTML file, etc.)
• You may want to place the most popular products into your list
• Visit your competitors’ online stores to borrow ideas and info on the kinds of products they sell online and the different types of categories they attribute to their products
• If you do not have such a product list, then your accounting or inventory management system should be able to easily do an export of your products into an electronic file, within seconds.

Step 2: Submit your current Website address or a logo

If you have a Website, then please give us the address to your site so we can fully customize the online store to your brand image. If you don’t have a Website, or prefer not to give us the address, then your logo should be sufficient for now.

What if my information is sensitive?

We are willing to sign a confidentiality agreement if any of your information is sensitive. Just send us the agreement and we will be more than happy to sign it and fax or mail it back to you.

What kind of electronic file of my products do you need?

Whatever we can get our hands on. If it’s an excel file, all the better. If it’s a text file that was exported from your accounting syste, for example, then we could definitely work with that as well.

What if I decide to sign on after the free trial, will I lose all my work?

Rest assured that all of the work you put into the free trial store version will carry on if you decide to keep selling online, once you do sign on. So you do not have to lose all of the hard work you put into the free trial online store.

What’s the catch?

There’s no catch! It doesn’t take us very long to get you set up on a free trial, so we are more than happy to give you a taste of what it feels like to sell online.

Will you subscribe me to unwanted, paid services?

Not at all. There is NO fine print stating that by signing up to the free trial, you agree to subscribe to other services of ours or those of third-party vendors.

Will there be support, or will you leave me out in the woods by myself?

Yes, the free trial comes with full support, so there is no discrimination between you as a free trial user and paying clients. All of our clients are equally important in our eyes.
